Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Interest and passion for the construction industry.
• Willingness to participate in formal training and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities and gain exposure to day-to-day and long-term planning.
• Assist budgeting, estimating, and purchasing processes for projects.
• Contribute to scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
• Support document control, submittals, RFIs, and material tracking.
• Learn field management practices, quality control, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with teams to develop client relationships and win strategies.
