Job summary

Genesis Investment Properties is seeking an Electrician to install and maintain electrical devices and systems across our projects. The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, with hands-on proficiency in installation from rough-in to finish. This position offers opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical design and building components.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and electrical drawings with knowledge of electrical design and building components.
• Assist with electrical material quantity take offs and procurement.
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades.
• Assist with material scheduling, tracking, expediting, and delivery.
• Physically install electrical components and systems from rough-in through finish and trim.
• Participate in job-related training as recommended.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Electrician or Senior Management.
