AIREKO Companies is seeking a proactive EHS Specialist to support our construction projects and foster a strong safety culture on site.

You will conduct site inspections, coordinate permits, and work with managers to ensure OSHA compliance while promoting training and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field; equiv. experience considered.
• 3+ years of construction safety or EHS experience.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification is required.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and safety risks.
• Work with project managers and field teams to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist with Pre-Task Plans, hazard assessments, and safety procedures.
• Monitor safety compliance and stop unsafe work when needed.
• Support investigations and training; coordinate permits and records.
• Represent the project during OSHA and client safety inspections.
