Job summary

JLM Strategic Talent Partners seeks a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support construction projects across the US. You will manage QA audits, maintain document systems, and ensure accurate logging and filing of project records.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with site teams to meet deadlines while upholding strict documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing construction quality control audits and maintaining documentation systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Ability to create and maintain document tracking and filing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for project documentation.
• Process, log, and file incoming and outgoing project documents in Prolog.
• Input and retrieve electronic files upon request.
• Maintain project document filing system per established procedures.
• Assist in project-wide compliance with document control procedures.
• Create and maintain document tracking logs.
• Control and track generation and distribution of electronic data.
• Perform QA on incoming/outgoing project documents.
• Assist in training staff on document control procedures.
• Handle related tasks as requested by Document Control Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
