Job summary

Ankura is seeking a Construction Associate in New York to support schedule, cost and productivity analyses and data management for major global projects. You will work with project leaders and apply data-driven methods to provide actionable insights throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include detailed analyses, document review, and preparation of client-ready deliverables while collaborating with senior experts. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with solid academic performance.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
  • Familiarity with Primavera scheduling tools is a plus.
  • U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with data gathering including detailed document reviews and database creation/ management.
  • Performs detailed analyses of project schedule delays, project cost records, productivity, change orders and other issues related to design and construction.
  • Utilizes various computer software to analyze and model schedules, contractor production rates and costs.
  • Creates high quality work product and demonstrates exceptional quality control.
  • Prepares client-ready work product for senior level review.
  • Supports company and business group development efforts.
