Qualifications

• 13 years of relevant consulting experience preferred in construction or PM.
• Expert client and business development experience.
• Experience managing projects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction strategic initiatives and client strategy.
• Direct and coordinate department staffing and budgets.
• Oversee development of tools and workflows for design and project execution.
• Manage construction business development efforts.
• Present monthly financial information and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure safety, quality control and compliance.
