Job summary

Hall & Evans, LLC, a long-standing Colorado trial firm, seeks an experienced Construction & Design Litigation Associate Attorney with an Engineering Degree to join our Downtown Denver practice. The role includes defending construction and design matters and collaborating with developers, contractors, and design professionals.

After training, a hybrid schedule is offered: three days in the office and two remote.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience interacting with insurance claims representatives and handling own files.

Responsibilities

• Defend construction and design litigation matters for clients.
• Gain hands-on experience with clients, depositions, court appearances, and business development.
• Interact with developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors.
