Secretariat Advisors LLC seeks a skilled professional to join its Construction Delay Team in Houston. You will perform critical path method schedule analysis, quantify damages for delays, and develop forensic models for large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering consulting experience in civil/mechanical/industrial contexts and proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, RS Means and Xactimate. Some travel is required.

Competenze

• This position requires a degree in Building Construction, Technology Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant engineering consulting experience, or a Master’s with 3 years.
• Experience in civil, mechanical or industrial engineering contexts, including construction projects.
• Strong ability to perform critical path method delay analysis and damages quantification for litigation or dispute resolution.

Mansioni

• Perform critical path method schedule analysis using accepted industry practices (AACEI 29R-03, SLC Protocol).
• Quantify monetary damages for delay, productivity loss, and other construction costs.
• Develop damage models and support forensic analysis for construction projects.
• Prepare technical reports outlining issues and methodologies behind findings.
• Travel up to 10% domestically as required.
