gpac is seeking a Construction Defects Attorney in Dallas, TX with 4-7 years of hands-on construction defect litigation experience to join a collaborative, trial-focused team handling complex matters.

You will manage pre-suit through trial, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and work directly with experienced trial attorneys. Competitive salary and mentorship opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on construction defects.
• Direct, hands-on experience working construction defect cases is required
• Handle construction defect litigation matters from pre-suit through trial or resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and manage written discovery in construction-related disputes
• Take and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and experts
• Analyze construction documents, contracts, and project records
• Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and deposition skills
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
