The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction defect claims, and will assist with all phases of cases—from pre-litigation through discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and jury

• Experience in construction defect claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of construction defect claims, including pre-litigation procedures.
