Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years’ experience drafting civil pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Construction defect and class action experience is a plus.
• Ability to undertake responsibility for files with partner oversight.

• Collaborate closely with Partners to achieve successful verdicts and settlements.
• Manage individual case assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Engage in collaborative teamwork within the firm.
