Qualifications
Active member of the California State Bar.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5 years of previous experience in plaintiffs work or construction defect litigation preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage cases through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Conduct depositions and collaborate closely with technical experts.
Work under partner supervision, taking ownership of assigned matters.
