Established Defense Firms Seeks Attorney to work on Construction Defect Cases
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
We are seeking a lawyer with a basic working knowledge of construction defect litigation. Extensive experience is not required; we will help you gain the requisite experience! Whether it is SB 800 claims, HOA or homeowner-side work, defense-side experience you want to leave behind, or a background in construction or real estate litigation, all areas qualify! We will train you on the substance, and we will invest in the right person. What we cannot train is initiative. This job is for someone who wants to work with the firm to build a practice rather than inherit one, works well without a playbook, spots what the practice needs and acts on it, and treats this as their own venture inside an established firm.
The role can be 100% remote or hybrid (Must be licensed in CA).
