We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Construction Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Consulting Construction Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex construction data to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning. You will work closely with our team of professionals to provide insights and recommendations that will shape the future of our construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in business analysis, financial analysis, and construction analysis to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex construction data, using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and devise possible solutions.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or construction analyst.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while juggling multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
