Capital City College (CCC) is seeking a Curriculum Manager - Construction to lead curriculum development, quality assurance and learner experience across the department. The role is full-time and permanent, with responsibility for ensuring high-quality teaching and inclusive practice.

You will manage a team of 9 staff, work with cross-department colleagues, and drive strategic objectives to improve learner outcomes and progression in construction-related programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading teams or departments in an educational setting.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and learner achievement.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the development and delivery of the curriculum across CCC’s construction provisions.
• Line manage 9 staff and support their development.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to implement inclusive practices.
• Drive strategic objectives and ensure high standards of teaching and learner experience.
