American Standard Foundation Repair is seeking a crew member/driver to join our growing team. As a local, small business, located at 1985 Thomas Road, Memphis, TN, 38134, we pride ourselves in repairing and installing foundation systems all over the Midsouth. Whether driving helicial piles, stabilizing foundations, diverting water, or replacing joists and girders, our crews work together to ensure our customers have peace of mind that their home or business will be safe and secure for years to come.

As a Crew Member/Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting the crew to and from the worksites, speaking to our customers and collecting payments, ensuring all tools and materials are available to complete the job at hand, helping to complete assigned tasks/work in a timely fashion, and any other tasks delegated to you by our Production Director.

What we are looking for:

• Clean driving record (CDL not required)
• 3 years experience in carpentry, masonry, concrete construction, and/or heavy machinery operation preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Team player with an eye for detail.
• Room for advancement.

Hours:

• Full-time/40+ hrs wk
• M-F (with some work possible on weekends due to weather)
• Some travel may be required (per diem and lodging covered by the company)

Pay:

• $20 - $24/hr
• Weekly paychecks
• Benefits package and vacation time after a probationary period
