This role offers consistent, year-round work on projects ranging from barns and garages to custom homes and remodeling.

Qualifications

• Construction or carpentry experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle construction materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction of agricultural, residential, and light commercial buildings
• Perform framing, siding, roofing, trim work, and general carpentry tasks
• Help construct horse barns, layer barns, pole barns, garages, shops, storage buildings, and custom homes
• Participate in remodeling and renovation projects, including room additions and whole-house renovations
• Read and follow building plans and project specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Represent Pine Tree Builders with professionalism and respect when interacting with customers

Based in Honey Brook, PA, we serve residential, agricultural, and light commercial customers throughout Lancaster and Chester Counties. Pine Tree Builders specializes in custom construction, renovations, roofing, siding, decks, and a wide variety of agricultural and commercial building projects.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including horse barns, layer barns, pole barns, garages, workshops, custom homes, additions, remodeling projects, farm buildings, and light commercial structures.
