Job summary

Kesser Construction is hiring for active renovation and development projects across Pittsburgh, PA. We seek people who can work across multiple trades, not just one lane, with potential to take on lead responsibilities as you gain experience.

Pay ranges from $19 to $28 per hour based on experience and trade skill, with performance-based bonuses and per-job bonuses. Health insurance; company pays half the premium, and there is paid time off and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Background in one or more of the listed trades.
• Strong work ethic; punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
• Great attitude; works well with the crew and takes direction.
• Fast learner; willing to learn new trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Demo, framing, electrical, concrete, plumbing, drywall tasks.
• Flooring, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim work.
• Work across all phases of a job site, not siloed into one trade.
• Take direction from crew leads; may lead when experienced.

• Demo, framing, electrical (including lighting), concrete (dig-out, pour, and finish), plumbing, drywall
• Flooring, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim work
• Work across all phases of a job site, not siloed into one trade
• Take direction from crew leads; experienced tradespeople may take on lead responsibilities over time

What we're looking for:

• Background in one or more of the trades above; the greater the value you bring to the table, the better
• Strong work ethic; shows up on time, works hard, doesn't cut corners
• Great attitude; works well with the crew, takes direction, doesn't need to be managed constantly
• Fast learner if you're light on experience in a given trade; we'll teach you what you don't know
