Job summary

Mariani Premier Group is seeking a Construction Crew Member in Indianapolis to participate in yard and site landscape construction, installation, and maintenance on large-scale projects. You will assist the Foreman to ensure timely delivery, maintain safe job sites, and work with a team to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction experience, physical stamina to lift 75 pounds, and familiarity with landscape tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on construction experience.
• Experience with hardscape, landscape and pool installations preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work.
• English communication helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute landscape construction tasks (planting, mulching, grading, bed preparation, transplanting).
• Assist Foreman to ensure on-time completion of contracted work.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and properly operate equipment.
• Perform loading/unloading of materials and travel between sites.
• Work 40–60 hours per week, weather permitting and as directed.
