Mariani Enterprises, LLC's Outdoor Environments Group is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Leader to manage a 2–10 person crew on luxury outdoor spaces, including hardscapes, planting, irrigation, and water features. You will translate designs into on-site reality with emphasis on craftsmanship.

Lead safety, quality, and productivity, read blueprints, supervise equipment use, coordinate with project managers, and train crew members to uphold elite standards across Midwest projects.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in landscape construction with leadership.
• Expertise in hardscape installation, grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, and outdoor structures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction tools, heavy equipment, and site logistics.

The Landscape Construction Crew Leader is responsible for leading a team of 2-10 crew members in the installation of high-end outdoor spaces, including hardscapes, planting, water features, outdoor structures, and grading/drainage systems.
