Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction labor experience, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work in varying weather and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of labor crews.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members.
• Inspect progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to meet milestones.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laborers to build a strong team.

• Identify and resolve issues that could cause delays or hazards.
