The role emphasizes candidate screening, relationship building, and collaborative selection with hiring managers to ensure a strong workforce. You will develop recruitment strategies, create engaging job postings, and support onboarding while maintaining a robust talent pool for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of craft recruitment experience in construction.
• Knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidates, managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, evaluate qualifications and experience.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top craft talent.
• Create compelling job postings and manage candidate assessments.
• Support onboarding and maintain a strong talent pool for future roles.
