Responsibilities

• Prepares and issues periodic cost reports to senior technical staff.
• Preparation of construction related cost estimates, cost plans, and cost strategies.
• Reviews cash flow prepared by junior staff and issues to senior staff.
• Reviews change orders per client approval process.
• Reviews invoices and ensures proper coding and submission to accounts payable.
• Provides procurement services, including RFP and bid analysis.
• Overviews and reports on contractor buyout of subcontract bid packages.
• Attends bi-weekly cost meetings to review procurement and change orders.
