Linesight is seeking a Cost Manager in New York to join a global project and cost management consultancy. You will work with experienced teams to deliver value on major projects and maintain transparent cost controls.

Key responsibilities include settling disputes, resolving contract issues, preparing final accounts, creating cost plans, and overseeing spend with clear reporting. Travel may be required to meet clients and project partners.

Formación

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients and partners.
• Strong ability to build relationships with teams and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Support settlement of disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist in preparation and agreement of final accounts and claims handling.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support cost documentation and timely communication for decisions.
• Participate in tender/bid process from documentation to reporting.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports; communicate variations.
