DBI Construction Consultants is seeking a Construction Cost Estimator to analyze costs, timelines, and risks through field and office work. You will visit sites, gather real-world data, and produce practical reports to guide client decisions.

You will handle measurements, labor/material analysis, and scheduling data, with exposure to Xactimate and Bluebeam Revu, and travel about 30% to multiple US locations. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/structural engineering or construction management required.
• Past construction or risk management internship preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with estimating tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details.
• Support the analysis of labor, materials, and timelines for project estimates.
• Help track costs and flag differences between projected and actual figures.
• Learn to prepare professional reports and data entries in estimating tools.
• Gain exposure to industry software like Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and scheduling tools.
