Responsibilities
Estimate projects by taking off assigned scopes of work.
Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission.
Analyze data and produce forecasts.
Coordinate with Operations for project scope understanding.
Ensure subcontractor coverage for bids.
Assist with pricing change orders.
Skills
Construction estimating experience
Knowledge of Federal Government procurement
Design-Build process knowledge
Familiarity with Metro Washington DC subcontractors
Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Excellent computer skills
