Responsibilities

• Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers.
• Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs.
• Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole.
• Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction estimating software.
• Excellent project management, time-management, and communication skills are necessary.
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, and very strong math skills are essential.
