Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and procurement.
• Support client interface and develop relationships during proposals and projects.
• Help develop and implement project plans and QA/Safety plans.
• Coordinate RFPs, bid processes, and scope of work for downstream contracts.
• Support project controls: cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, and field progress.
• Prepare internal and external reports: budgeting, cash flow, status reports.
• Assist with turnover documentation, records, warranty, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company policies.
