Job summary

System Pavers in California is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support field operations, manage schedules, and liaise with homeowners and subs. This full-time, in-person role offers an hourly wage of $26–$30/hour DOE and a benefits package including medical, dental and vision.

You will handle multiple active job sites, track progress, coordinate suppliers and subs, prepare POs, and ensure clear communication between homeowners, crews and staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management and ability to meet changing deadlines in a customer-focused environment.
• Able to set and achieve monthly goals and budgets; detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and solving potential field problems.
• Act as liaison via phone and email between homeowners, subcontractors and employees.
• Coordinate and manage multiple active job site schedules.
• Track all jobs in progress and ensure timely updates.
• Complete and send out purchase orders within appropriate time frames.
• Manage deposits and submit financing for job sites.
• Order materials needed to complete projects.
• Maintain commitments through proactive attention to detail and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is a full-time, in person role that is offering an hourly wage of $26-$30/hour DOE with medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as a 401k with company match.
