Job summary

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision and functioning of one construction project and/or crew on site
• Field verify location and nature of work by inspecting the project
• Confirm quality and quantity of work at the end of each day
• Maintain performance standards and crew metrics for the project
• Handle administrative functions: ordering/tracking supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices are being followed at all times
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources

• Confirmqualityofworkbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day.
• Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrewworkingon project.
• Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresarebeingfollowedatalltimes.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
