As a Construction Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing construction projects to maintain or build our Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) network in residential areas. By ensuring work quality meets technical standards and company policies, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers connected to our growing network.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience as a Maintenance Technician, Field Technician, or similar
• High school diploma and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to use hand tools, read blueprints, and operate test equipment (signal level meters, ohm meters, etc.)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Proficiency with hand tools such as drills, hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers
• Physical ability to walk over various terrains, carry tools, climb poles, and work in all weather conditions
• Ability to measure distances accurately and operate related equipment
• Experience with blueprints and general system layouts
• Comfort operating computers and test equipment
• Ability to work standing for most of the day, and perform physical tasks such as climbing and digging
• Safe driving skills and ability to operate machinery for cable installation
• Effective organization and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with personal computers, mobile devices, and software applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction work experience of at least one year
