Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support, ensure positive client experiences, communicate proactively with customers and internal teams.
  • Project Coordination & Documentation: Schedule work, inspections, site visits; maintain accurate job data; support project documentation and reporting; ensure compliance with permits and regulations; support project close-out.
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate subcontractor availability, maintain records, assist with onboarding and management.
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred
  • Ability to work independently or in a team on multiple projects
  • Minimum three years of administrative or project coordination experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Experience in restoration/construction preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn software like Xactimate
Pay: $20 - $23/hour based on experience, with overtime possibilities
