Summary

This position is located within the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, National Park Service - Southeast, Facility Management, in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Salary Range Information GS-11: $74,678 - $97,087 per annum First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate. Major Duties

This is a Merit Promotion announcement for career and career conditional National Park Service employees, Career Transition eligibles(CTAP), Current or former time-limited employees eligible under Land Management Workforce Flexibility Act (LMWFA) and those who are eligible under the hiring paths listed above. Refer to Required Documents section for more information. At the full performance level (GS-11) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Project scoping including the development of agreements to perform work. Review and interpretation of construction documents, specifications, photographs, foundational documents and other existing documentation. Development of Independent Government Cost Estimates, Statements of Work and/or Scopes of Services, and other documents required for the procurement of design and construction contracts. Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative to oversee the execution of design and construction contracts. Facilitate meetings, monitor project progress and coordinate with project stakeholders to address unforeseen conditions. Track project budget, monitor project sites for safety, conduct inspections on completed work and perform project closeout activities.
