Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project engineering, management, or contract/commercial support.
• Strong knowledge of contract structures and change management processes.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review prime contracts, subcontracts, and change order procedures to identify notice requirements, milestones, and compliance obligations.
• Track and manage project documentation including change orders, delay notices, claims, RFIs, submittals, and payment applications.
• Maintain logs and dashboards to monitor contractual status, deadlines, and risks.
• Draft and coordinate correspondence with owners, subcontractors, and consultants with Project Management and Legal.
• Interface with project teams to identify scope changes, cost overruns, delays, or risks requiring contractual action.
