Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience managing risk, insurance, and contract risk transfer in heavy civil construction.
• Experience supporting international projects and multinational insurance programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the team, supervising, interviewing, training, and providing feedback.
• Ensure project insurance coverage and bonds are managed through lifecycle and final operations.
• Review contracts and JV agreements to identify risk exposures and insurance requirements.
• Coordinate legal and insurance review of contract terms and conditions.
• Procure contract-specific insurance coverages to meet requirements and certificates.
• Review coverage issues related to contracts, leases, subcontracts, and consultant agreements.
