Qualifications

• Understanding of insurance programs (OCIP, SDI).

Responsibilities

• Interpret and advise project team on contract provisions.
• Draft and issue formal notices to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the Risk Mitigation team.
• Review and draft riders to standard subcontracts.
• Support project team with change order requirements.
• Provide training on contractual requirements.
