Siegfried Rivera is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to focus on construction contracts in Coral Gables, FL. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts for sophisticated clients, with opportunities to expand both legal skills and client relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience, strong writing and negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• At least five (5) years of relevant legal experience.
• Significant contract drafting and negotiation experience; construction experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and comfortable taking responsibility for matters.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements across projects.
• Identify legal and business risks and develop practical solutions.
• Work directly with attorneys and clients on contract negotiations and issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
• Independently manage assignments and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide practical legal advice.
