Qualifications

• Experience with MAC entry and review processes.
• Familiarity with construction contract documentation and changes.
• Ability to coordinate with CEI staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with MAC entry and review, tracking materials acceptance, progress and final estimates processing and EEO compliance.
• Track the Contractor’s progress on work performed.
• Prepare and process construction contract changes such as Work Orders and Supplemental Agreements, coordinating with CEI staff and Contractors on project issues; maintain site records.
• Assist in developing RFPs, LORs, ELOIs or additional proposals; attend seminars to stay current with industry developments; other duties as required to support the project team and staff.
• Review and manage contract documentation in Site Manager.
