Requirements include 10+ years of experience with complex commercial projects, strong building technology knowledge, and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience – 10+ years working with complex commercial projects, including mixed-use, multi-family or hospitality.
• Technical Knowledge – strong knowledge of building technologies, construction methods, details, codes & specifications.
• Software Proficiency – Revit required, Bluebeam, Newforma, MS Office.
• Communication – successful communicator & collaborator in a high-energy team environment.
