We seek client-focused professionals eager to make a difference in the construction industry without the stresses and burdens typical of most construction careers. As part of our team, you will collaborate with homebuilders to help achieve their quality and energy compliance goals.

As a dually certified Quality Consultant and Rating Field Inspector, you'll experience ground-up construction without swinging a hammer. You will inspect homes under construction, verify code and quality compliance, and test homes to ensure energy performance meets local, state, and code requirements.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • 3 to 5 years of residential construction experience
  • RFI Certification (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to climb ladders, carry equipment up to 50 lbs, and access tight spaces
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Certified HERS Rater or Field Tester
  • IRC Certification

This is a full-time, salaried position with a standard 5-day work week. Benefits include paid holidays and vacations, 401K, and health/dental/life/vision insurance.
