Job summary

Public Works Compliance Advisors is seeking a Compliance Officer to build and oversee our compliance program. You will proactively audit processes, advise on best practices, and ensure adherence to laws and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has risk management experience, strong integrity, and the ability to advocate for ethical standards across the organization. You will design policies, train employees, monitor regulatory changes, and report findings to leadership.
