Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of college credits in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Project Managers and Superintendents in the office and/or field.
• Support submittal reviews and correspondence.
• Assist with time and material tracking.
• Participate in schedule review and project planning discussions.
• Draft and track Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Contribute to estimating and quantity takeoffs.
• Help with change order development.
• Verify material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
• Document project progress in the field.
• Assist with project closeout documentation.
