• Estimating: develop quantity take-offs based on project plans.
• Review subcontractor quotations and project plans.
• Assist in subcontractor solicitations for proposals.
• Attend and help host project walk-throughs.
• Assist in updating field office drawings and documenting meetings.
• Support safety inspections and RFI process.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on schedule updates and change orders.
• Assist in gathering field conditions for RFIs/issues and field logistics.
