Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced mid-to-senior level attorney to join its Professional Consulting Practice Group in Los Angeles, CA. The role provides risk management and claims monitoring services, along with strategic guidance to architects, engineers, and their professional liability insurers across the United States and Canada.

You will conduct contract reviews, seminars, and independent exposure evaluations; coordinate with underwriters, senior claim adjusters, and local counsel;

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and analytic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management and claims monitoring advice for complex professional liability matters.
• Review contracts and conduct seminars for clients.
• Investigate, evaluate, and monitor defense of complex professional liability claims.
• Liaise with underwriters, senior claim adjusters, and local counsel.
• Develop and evaluate defense strategies and resolution plans.
• Interface with clients, insurers, and project participants to resolve disputes.
