Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator to support our South Florida projects in Broward County. The role focuses on coordinating field activities, preparing daily reports, and ensuring project documentation aligns with contract requirements.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with plans and specs, and strong communication skills. CTQP Final Estimates 1 and 2 certifications are preferred, with PE license a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction plans, specs and procedures.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Maintain daily reports and field paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily inspection summaries.
• Review drawings, specs and contract docs for constructability.
• Track and measure completed work quantities for payment.
• Manage inspectors, coordinate schedules and records.
• Coordinate material testing requirements and oversee sampling.
• Interface with project managers, contractors and clients on project issues.
