Job summary

Structis, part of the MaxTech family, is hiring Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer in Minnesota. The role supports gypsum and concrete products, with starting wage $28.00 to $34.00 per hour and a team-driven atmosphere.

You will operate a bobcat, handle basic tools, load and deliver supplies, and travel overnight 1–2 times monthly. Qualities include reliability, punctuality, and the ability to read a tape measure.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• Must know basic hand tools.
• Must read a tape measure.
• Reliable, hard-working and punctual.
• Ability to travel overnight 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist other crew members as necessary.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Set up the hose for pouring and connect to the mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Break open bags of gypcrete and pour into a mixer.
• Carry supplies onto a job site.

About You

• Class A CDL.
• Must know basic hand tools.
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and always on time.
• Ability to drive to various project sites.
• Has ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively.
• Ability to travel overnights 1-2 times a month to neighboring states.
• Previous construction experience a plus.
• Previous experience with working on a concrete crew a plus.

Primary Objective
