Job summary

Structis is seeking a Local Driver / Equipment Operator / Laborer in Minnesota to support gypsum and concrete product installation. Starting wage is $28.00 to $34.00 per hour with weekly pay and year-round work.

The role requires a Class A CDL, basic tool knowledge, the ability to read a tape measure, and reliable, on-time performance on multiple project sites. Overnight travel 1–2 times monthly may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Willing to travel overnight 1–2 times monthly.
• Construction and concrete crew experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or deliver supplies to project sites.
• Assist crew members as needed.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.
• Operate a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Set up the hose for pouring and connect to the mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Open bags of gypcrete and pour into a mixer.
• Carry supplies onto a job site.

About You

• Class A CDL
• Must know basic hand tools
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure
• Hard-working and goal-oriented
• Reliable and always on time
• Ability to drive to various project sites
• Has ability to multi-task
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as requiredAbility to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively
• Ability to travel overnights 1-2 times a month to neighboring states
• Previous construction experience a plus
• Previous experience with working on a concrete crew a plus

Primary Objective

Our CDL Drivers / Laborers support the install of gypsum and concrete based products.
