Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Bath Installer in Huntsville, AL. Earn up to $95,000 per year with a base pay of $38.50 per hour for a Monday–Friday schedule, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of remodeling or carpentry experience, training in bath remodels, and a valid driver’s license. Strong customer service and clear communication with homeowners and team members are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with bath remodels or acrylic installs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to company standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction project.
• Communicate with management after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at project completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

Key Qualifications
