Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience, including staff leadership.
• CPA or CMA preferred (or eligibility in progress).
• Strong GAAP and GAAS knowledge.
• Background in construction or real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to final reporting.
• Supervise and mentor Senior Associates and Associates.
• Serve as primary client contact, delivering practical recommendations.
• Guide high‑performing teams and manage multiple projects.
