Job summary

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with at least 7 years of construction experience to join our Uniondale, Long Island office or our New York City office. The role offers a hybrid schedule with minimum three days in the office and two days remote. NYC-based construction experience is preferred.

EOE. Actual compensation ranges from $165,000 to $250,000 annually, with adjustments based on experience and other legally permissible factors.

• Experience drafting motions, handling discovery demands and court appearances.
• Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements.
• Trial level experience is a plus.
